Meet the Staff

Sheila - Financial and Benefits Coordinator

Sheila joined our team after many years of experience in the field. She is well versed in most aspects of dental and medical insurance and she is happy to ensure that you get the most out of your coverage. Sheila is dedicated to making your experience with us as comfortable as possible and coordinates the scheduling of treatment plans. She will organize and arrange your financial options as well as estimate and maximize your insurance benefits. One of Sheila's strong suits is that no matter what the question, she will try her best to find an answer for you. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Sharon - New Patient and Treatment Coordinator

Sharon joined us in 2006 and helps us in both the front and back offices. She has several years of experience and has worked in both general practice and orthodontics. She is skilled in both verifying and coordinating your insurance benefits as well as arranging the doctors' schedules to care for you as efficiently as we can. Previous to this, she was involved with public relations for a large beverage distributer based in Charlotte. It's fitting because she is one of the first smiling faces you will see when you stop in for a visit. Sharon is married with two boys and enjoys time at home with her family. We are proud to have her on our team and know you will enjoy meeting her.

Betsey - Scheduling Coordinator

Betsey joined us in January of 2009. She is quickly learning and is determined to do her best to help you find convenient appointment times and helping to coordinate your treatment. When not working,she loves being outside, relaxing with friends and spending time with her family.

Diana - Level II Dental Assistant

Diana has the highest certifications available to a dental assistant in North Carolina but, more importantly, she truly cares about the comfort of her patients. Starting straight out of High School, she has been in dentistry for 16 years and her favorite aspect is that there is always something new to learn. If you have any questions or concerns, or simply need a hand to hold, no problem is too large or small for Diana to handle. Outside of work, she spends time with family and loves her Wii!

Jennifer - Level II Dental Assistant

Jennifer also has the highest certifications available to a dental assistant in North Carolina. She takes wonderful care of our patients and enjoys the satisfaction of helping our doctors do great dentistry. Jennifer also acts as our Clinical Coordinator and is responsible for making sure that both our new and returning patients get the highest level of comprehensive and continuing care. Coming to us from Mount Holly, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and likes to shop and sell on Ebay!

Michelle - Level II Dental Assistant

Michelle is with us part time and fills in whenever we need extra help. Always smiling and laughing, she is a wonderful asset to our office and enjoys getting to know our patients. Like our other treatment assistants, her primary focus is on making your visits comfortable and educational while allowing our doctors to perform the best treatment possible.

Lisa - Level II Dental Assistant

Lisa is with us part time as well. In addition to her fantastic personality, Lisa has been in the dental field for many years and is skilled both in restorative and surgical assisting. She loves the satisfaction of treating patienst and seeing them return disease and pain free. Outside of the office, she enjoys her time with her daughter and her Saint Bernard, Rascal.

Stephanie - Registered Dental Hygienist

Stephanie joins us at our new location providing preventive and periodontal care for our patients. With 15 years of dental experience,she is talented, gentle and thorough and is an excellent addition to our treatment team. Outside of the office, Stephanie likes knitting, decorating, making jewelry and is Oprah's #1 fan! She recently had an addition to her family. We're so happy for her!

Erica - Registered Dental Hygienist

Erica provides preventive and periodontal care for our patients. Meeting people is her favorite thing about her job. Aside from being friendly though, Erica is both skilled and gentle. Like the rest of our staff, she is dedicated to making your care here the very best possible. She and her husband enjoy their time outside the office riding motorcycles, excercising and playing with their dog Ty.

Angie - Registered Dental Hygienist

Angie likes what she does and it shows. A great addition to our team, Angie drives from South Carolina to work with us and we consider that a great compliment given her experience and skill. She and her husband enjoy their time outside the office playing with their dogs and spending time iwth friends. They also are boating fans and get out on the lake whenever they have the chance.
